Lăcrămioara Radu
She holds a Master’s degree in „Organizational and leadership psychology” from the West University of Timisoara and she was the beneficiary of an Erasmus scholarship in the field of Work Psychology at the University Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2, France. Her areas of interest are social psychology, organizational psychology and intercultural psychology. She is the coauthor of an article named „Organizational culture and attitude towards change – Case study”, published in the book of the International Conference of Psychology „The psychological meaning of the community” – Arad, 13-15 May 2010. She will take part in this research as the assistant of Ms. Corina Ilin, the leader of the Romanian team. |
