Pedro Vega Marcote
Professor of Environmental Education and Sustainable Development at the University of Coruña. He has carried out research in Environmental Education, Ecological Footprint, and the implementation of Agenda 21 in Universities and Municipalities. He has lectured in many universities and has published on sustainable development. He is a reviewer of the Global Environment Outlook (GEO-4) “Environment for Development, United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)”. Taking into consideration his experience in applied research to practical policies in Agenda 21, Dr Vega Marcote is in charge of connecting research results with policy making at the local and EU level. He works in the implementation of WP3 and WP4 in Spain. |
